About Muslims with HIV

Dignity, honesty and hope for Muslims living with HIV.

︵ وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ ︶

“Indeed, We have honoured the children of Adam.”

Qur’an 17:70

Why we exist

In many Muslim communities HIV is rarely spoken about, and many people living with it quietly decide marriage is no longer for them. We share clear, faith-sensitive facts about HIV and point you to a private marriage community where it is understood.

What we believe

Illness is a test, not a verdict on your worth. How someone came to have HIV is between them and Allah. And a marriage built on honesty, shared at the right time, starts on firm ground.

Who we are

We are a sister site of Muslims with HSV, a private, marriage-focused community that welcomes Muslims living with HIV. We are not doctors or scholars, so please speak to your HIV clinic and a scholar you trust about your own situation.
